UA1850 E ECONOMY REWINDER WITH 185CM WEB WIDTH

The UA1850 E ADWS rewinding and slitting machine combines the economy rewinder with a working width of 1850mm and a professional slitting system with a working width of 1950mm, and capable of meeting even the most sophisticated precision and efficiency requirements. Thus, a true NEPATA solution for rewinding and slitting of roll media such as sign vinyl, adhesive film, tinting film, sun protection film, flock and flex films, is now also available to smaller film dealers with a lesser daily throughput of individual unwinding and cutting, but nonetheless seeking precise cutting of tapes, ribbons, strips or simply custom roll widths according to client specifications. As with all NEPATA film conversion machines, the UA1850 E ADWS rewinds media very precisely and also slits the rolls, if necessary. It features a high level of safety and ergonomics for the operator, as well as high productivity thanks to minimal set-up times and high lane speeds. The winding tension is electronically regulated and adjustable. Upon winding, the film is manually trimmed to length at a cutting edge equipped with a dust cover. The detour features a pneumatic clamping system and two digital displays. It can optionally be equipped with a line laser for the cutting edge, as well as the unique flange lubrication system by NEPATA. The machine is conveniently operated via a touchscreen, which can be used to control all required operating modes and settings, and also features a pneumatic clamping system for 3 inch cores (2 inch optional for unwinding). The maximum diameter for unwinding rolls is 400mm, while rolls with a maximum diameter of 280mm can be rewound and slit. The maximum rewinding speed is 1.0m/s, the maximum roll weight is 25kg.
The UA1850 E ADWS rewinding and slitting machine is fully compatible with the ConvertPlus2 software, which allows for faultless control over all conversion processes from your ERP system – customer rolls and master rolls (storage rolls) each receive labels with the corresponding run lengths, widths and other data.
